Refund & Cancellation Policy
General
TrustlyPay Financial Technology Private Limited (“TrustlyPay”) offers digital financial services. Refund and cancellation requests are handled as per the nature of the service.
AEPS & mATM Transactions
- AEPS and mATM transactions are irreversible once processed.
- In case of failed transactions with debited amount, the refund will be processed as per the issuing bank’s and NPCI’s timelines (usually 5–7 working days).
UPI & Payment Gateway Transactions
- Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions will be initiated within T+1 working days and credited within 5–7 working days by the bank.
- For disputes, chargebacks will be handled according to NPCI/Bank guidelines.
Taxation Services
- Fees once paid for GST/ITR filing are non-refundable once the filing process has been initiated.
- If services cannot be delivered due to our fault, we will issue a full refund within 7 working days.
Insurance Services
- Insurance premiums once paid are non-refundable, except as per the “Free Look Period” guidelines of the respective insurance provider and IRDAI norms.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed by the insurance company directly.
Cancellation Requests
- AEPS/mATM: Not applicable after transaction initiation.
- Payment Gateway: Cancellations are only possible before payment is processed.
- Taxation & Insurance: Can be canceled before processing/issuance starts.

Refund timelines are subject to bank/partner network policies.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of respective city and state.
